Well, it has been a while since I have added a post on here so it is about time to get back to it.

The Fraser River is low and relatively clear. The cold temperatures are keeping the snow on the mountains and presenting us with some great fishing conditions. There is virtually no debris in the river and the current is slow, making it easy to find fishable water right now.

The baits that have been working for us the last few trips has been Roe and Lamprey eel, with the last few days getting a bit more interest in the Eulachons. the fish are spread out in most areas of the lower river. As the water temperature comes up a bit more the sturgeon will get a bit more aggressive and energetic.

This is the time to get out there, the next few weeks will be fishing very well. Give us a call for more info on our Sturgeon fishing trips.
